Hip Mobility Mastery

The Milestone Performance Academy's Hip Mobility Mastery course is designed for everyone, from weekend warriors, youth athletes, to professional athletes. The program follows a practical step by step routine that progresses you from simple efficient movements to advanced integrative movements in each session. Each session will address joint mobility, static stretching, dynamic stretching, and strengthening movements. It is a 4 week long, 3 day per week, static course that you can do asynchronously, anytime, anywhere.
